Salmon scarf

I crocheted this as a going away gift for a friend who moved to Alaska.
I tried this technique called tapestry crochet. You use two yarns and when you use one color you crochet over the other letting that color show just a little bit between the spaces. When you crochet to the edge of the piece instead of flipping it, you crochet back to the other end left handed. That was really hard at first but then i got used to it.
Of course the fish design was the hardest part of all.
